This seven-day itinerary offers an immersive journey through the heart of Bangladesh, balancing the high-energy urban pulse of Dhaka with the serene, mist-covered landscapes of the Chittagong Hill Tracts. Starting in the 'City of Rickshaws,' travelers transition from the historic Mughal architecture of the capital to the ethnically diverse highlands of Rangamati and Bandarban.
Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Dhaka
Upon arrival at Dhaka Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. Brief tour of Dhaka if time permits. Overnight in Dhaka.
Day 2: Dhaka – Chittagong
Depart for Chittagong via domestic flight. Sightseeing includes Reasuddin Bazaar, Ethnological Museum, Kadam Mubarak Mosque, Shahi Jama-e-Masjid, and the Shrine of Bayazid Bostami. Overnight in Chittagong.
Day 3: Chittagong – Rangamati – Chittagong
Travel to Rangamati (77 km). Enjoy a boat cruise on Kaptai Lake, visit tribal villages, the Tribal King’s House, textile factories, and handicraft shops. Return to Chittagong for overnight stay.
Day 4: Chittagong – Bandarban
Scenic drive to Bandarban. Visit Buddhist shrines, Marma village, and the Tribal Complex. Cruise on the Sangu River, visit hanging bridge and waterfalls. Overnight at Hillside Eco-Lodge, Bandarban.
Day 5: Bandarban – Chittagong – Dhaka
Depart Bandarban for Chittagong airport. Fly back to Dhaka. Remainder of the day free for leisure. Overnight in Dhaka.
Day 6: Dhaka City Tour
Comprehensive tour including Dhakeshwari Temple, Lalbagh Fort, Star Mosque, Central Shahid Minar, Curzon Hall, and the National Parliament House. Time for shopping. Overnight in Dhaka.
Day 7: Airport Transfer
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Farewell and safe travels!
