Our Commitment

We strive to be as flexible as possible. If a tour is cancelled by GC Travel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, etc.), customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Processing fees or bank charges incurred during the initial payment are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are considered cancellations with 0% refund.
  • Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
