2. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas where applicable.
4. Limitation of Liability
GC Travel acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide transportation, sightseeing, guiding, or other services. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay due to any cause beyond our control.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
